Refund policy

At Cheatsheets, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases while maintaining appropriate hygiene standards for bedding products.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must:

  1. Be unused
  2. Be unopened
  3. Be unwashed
  4. Be in original packaging
  5. Be in resalable condition
  6. Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be submitted before products are returned.

Hygiene Exclusion

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, slept on or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not as described or otherwise subject to remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers should contact hello@cheatsheets.store promptly and provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photographs where appropriate

We may request additional information to assess the claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with approved change-of-mind returns. Where a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Cheatsheets Store Pty Ltd fully supports and complies with all obligations imposed by Australian Consumer Law.
