Cheatsheets currently ships products within Australia only. Orders are generally processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of unusually high demand.

Delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only and are not
guaranteed. Delivery performance depends on factors including carrier operations, destination location and circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of
ordering. Additional charges arising from incorrect shipping information may be payable by the customer. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers should
contact hello@cheatsheets.store as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather events, natural disasters,
industrial action, transport disruptions, carrier delays, government actions or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
